ABS-EBS Vehicle Systems
The ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) is a system that electronically regulates brake fluid pressure and aims to maintain vehicle control stability by preventing wheel lockup. It timely recognizes the risk of one or more wheels locking by measuring their rotational speed. When deceleration exceeds 1.4g, something impossible for a vehicle, it means that the wheel is rotating at a lower than the appropriate speed relative to the vehicle.
The actuator is a valve that opens upon command and reduces pressure in the corresponding brake circuit. When a wheel locks, the circuit valve opens and the brake is deactivated, a process that occurs very quickly. Even if the driver tries to mimic ABS by intermittent braking, they can manage at most 2-3 pulses per second compared to the 10-20 of ABS.
The basic function of the anti-lock braking system is to continuously measure the wheel rotation speed and, as soon as it detects a wheel has locked, to open the brake circuit valve.

Vehicle Suspension Systems
The clear preference for air suspension over steel suspension has been established for many years in long-distance transportation. Nowadays, air suspension is also increasingly used in earthmoving trucks when operating conditions do not require an extremely high chassis clearance from the ground, heavy-duty suspensions, or tandem rear drive axles.
Air suspension has built an excellent reputation for reliability and durability, both in long-distance transport and in on and off-road applications. The system is particularly robust and requires no routine maintenance. The same basic design is used for both the front and rear axles.
Despite its simple design, the system offers excellent functionality and high load protection. The system has great torsional stiffness to provide superior levels of roll resistance and excellent stability. For some drivers, especially those carrying heavy loads, these features are particularly important.
